  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • .5 oz Passion-Fruit Puree
  • .5 oz Apple Juice
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Orgeat Syrup
  1. Pour the dark rum. passion-fruit syrup. Juice – PineJuice – Apple Juice. lime juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple stick. and serve.
