The breakfast version of the Piña Colada. Frozen pineapple, coconut milk, banana, lime. Tropical smoothie energy, all morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 120 ml Coconut Milk
  • 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional

Instructions

  • Blend everything until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Drink through a fat paper straw.
