- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 3 oz Champagne

Instructions - How to make it:
- Pour the gin. lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. add champagne. and serve.
