Ingredients
- 90 ml Grapefruit Juice pink or ruby
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 ml Agave Syrup
- Salt
- Grapefruit Soda
- Salt
- Grapefruit
Instructions
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass, then dip into sea salt.
- Fill with ice.
- Pour in the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave. Stir.
- Add a pinch of salt and stir once more.
- Top with grapefruit soda or plain soda water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Notes
The salt does the same job here that it does in a proper Margarita. Do not skip it, even if you are suspicious.
