- 180 ml Tomato Juice
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 dashes Tabasco or to taste
- Celery Salt
- Black Pepper
- Celery
Instructions
- Rim a highball glass with celery salt.
- Fill with ice.
- In a shaker, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.
- Shake briefly to chill and combine.
- Strain into the rimmed glass.
- Garnish with a celery stalk, a lemon wedge, and a speared olive.
Notes
Feel free to double down on garnish, pickled green beans, a rasher of bacon, a pickle. The virgin version has nothing to hide behind but the garnish, so commit to it.
