  • Slowly top with sparkling grape juice.
  • Add a drop of lemon juice to brighten.
  • Garnish with a peach slice.

White peaches, not yellow. Peel, blend, strain. If out of season, use frozen.

  • 5ml lemon juice
  • Garnish white peach slice or a raspberry
