Ginger beer, lime, mint, chili. The 'swicy' (sweet + spicy) mocktail that was the breakout flavour profile of 2026.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 slice fresh red chili, deseeded
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • Ginger Beer
  • Ice
  • Mint Sprig

Instructions

  • Muddle mint and chili gently with lime and simple syrup.
  • Fill a copper mug with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Stir.
  • Garnish with mint and a chili slice.

Notes

Thai bird chilies are too hot. Use jalapeño or Fresno. One slice, deseeded, per drink.
