Mango, yogurt, cardamom, rose water. The Indian lassi, in a cocktail glass. Smooth, aromatic, surprisingly complex.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml Mango Puree
  • 120 ml plain yogurt
  • 60 ml Cold Water
  • 10 ml Honey Syrup
  • Cardamom
  • 2 drops Water optional
  • Ice
  • Cardamom

Instructions

  • Blend mango, yogurt, water, honey, cardamom, and rose water with ice.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Dust with cardamom.
  • Garnish with a slice of pistachio.

Notes

Real Alphonso mango puree (canned is fine) is non-negotiable. Regular mango tastes flat in a lassi.

  • 2 drops rose water (optional)
  • Ice to blend
  • Garnish ground cardamom dusting and a pistachio sliver

  2. Pour into a tall glass.
  3. Dust with cardamom.
  4. Garnish with a slice of pistachio.
