Ingredients

  • 60 ml Coffee
  • 60 ml Milk oat, whole, or almond
  • 30 ml Pumpkin
  • 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Rim an Old Fashioned glass with a damp orange peel, then dip into the salt-sugar-cinnamon mix.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • In a shaker with ice, combine the cold brew, milk, pumpkin spice syrup, and vanilla syrup.
  • Shake hard for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice.
  • Dust the top with a pinch of cinnamon.

Notes

Oat milk gives the richest mouthfeel. If you want the foam layer that makes this drink look finished, shake the milk separately for 10 more seconds after combining.
