- 90 ml Mango Puree
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Pepper
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Water
- Tajin
- Ice
- Garnish
Instructions
- Rim a highball with Tajin.
- Fill with ice.
- Add mango puree, lime juice, a pinch of cayenne, and simple syrup.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a mango slice.
Notes
The cayenne should be detectable but not dominant. Start with a pinch, add more if you want heat.
