Ingredients
- 60 ml Lychee Juice
- 60 ml passionfruit puree
- 30 ml Coconut Water
- Soda Water
- Ice
- Fruit
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the passionfruit puree first (it sinks).
- Slowly pour the lychee juice over the back of a bar spoon so it layers on top.
- Top with coconut water and soda water.
- Garnish with a skewered lychee fruit.
Notes
Canned lychee in syrup is fine. Save the syrup for future mocktails.
