Ingredients
- 120 ml jasmine green tea, chilled
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- Soda Water
- Ice
Instructions
- In a highball, gently muddle mint with lime juice and simple syrup.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Pour in the jasmine green tea.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.

Jasmine pearls (Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls) steep better cold. 8g tea per litre cold water, 6 hours in the fridge.
