Ingredients

  • 60 ml Tea Concentrate cold
  • 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Lime Wheel

Instructions

  • Make the hibiscus concentrate by steeping 20g dried hibiscus in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes, then chilling.
  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Add the hibiscus concentrate, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.

Notes

Hibiscus concentrate keeps in the fridge for a week. Use it in iced tea, lemonade, or a second round of these spritzes.
