- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 0.5 tsp Sugar

Instructions - How to make it:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour over shaved ice in a champagne flute. and serve.
