  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
  • 1 tsp Light Cream
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine the sherry. egg. sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. garnish with a dusting of nutmeg. and serve.
