- 2.5 oz Sherry
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 tsp Light Cream
- 1 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions - How to make it:
- Combine the sherry. egg. sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. garnish with a dusting of nutmeg. and serve.
