Ingredients
- 60 ml Cranberry Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Grape Juice
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Make the rosemary syrup: simmer 100g sugar, 100ml water, and 3 sprigs of rosemary for 5 minutes. Cool.
- In a coupe or flute, add cranberry juice, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice.
- Top with sparkling grape juice or sparkling water.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and 5 fresh cranberries.
Notes
The rosemary syrup keeps in the fridge for two weeks. Make a batch in December and use it in everything.
