- 1 oz White Rum
- 5 tbsp Ice Cream
- .25 oz Whipped Cream
- Coconut Shredded

Instructions - How to make it:
- Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute. garnish with shredded coconut. and serve.
