Ingredients
- 45 ml Pineapple Juice
- 45 ml Orange Juice
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Grenadine
- Soda Water
- Ice
- Cherry
Instructions
- Shake pineapple, orange, and lemon juices in a shaker with ice.
- Strain into a highball over fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Float the grenadine on top for a sunrise effect.
- Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
Notes
The 'sunrise' effect (red grenadine settling through the yellow juice) is the whole point. Pour the grenadine last and gently.
