- 3/4 oz Vodka
- 3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 oz Cream

Instructions - How to make it:
- In shaker with ice combine all liquids and shake vigourously. Pour into a large cocktail glass swirled with chocolate syrup. Should appear thick and foamy. Garnish with banana slice and chocolate sprinkles.
