Ingredients

  • 1 tsp reishi or lion’s mane mushroom powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 15 ml Maple Syrup
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Salt
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Dust with extra cacao.
