Ingredients
- 120 ml Mango Puree
- 120 ml plain yogurt
- 60 ml Cold Water
- 10 ml Honey Syrup
- Cardamom
- 2 drops Water optional
- Ice
- Cardamom
Instructions
- Blend mango, yogurt, water, honey, cardamom, and rose water with ice.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Dust with cardamom.
- Garnish with a slice of pistachio.
Notes
Real Alphonso mango puree (canned is fine) is non-negotiable. Regular mango tastes flat in a lassi.

- Ice to blend
- Garnish ground cardamom dusting and a pistachio sliver
