Ingredients
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 slice fresh red chili, deseeded
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- Ginger Beer
- Ice
- Mint Sprig
Instructions
- Muddle mint and chili gently with lime and simple syrup.
- Fill a copper mug with ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Stir.
- Garnish with mint and a chili slice.
Notes
Thai bird chilies are too hot. Use jalapeño or Fresno. One slice, deseeded, per drink.
