Ingredients
- 60 ml Tea Concentrate cold
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Water
- Ice
- Lime Wheel
Instructions
- Make the hibiscus concentrate by steeping 20g dried hibiscus in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes, then chilling.
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the hibiscus concentrate, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
Hibiscus concentrate keeps in the fridge for a week. Use it in iced tea, lemonade, or a second round of these spritzes.
