Yuzu juice, honey, soda. A Japanese mocktail. Bright, aromatic, more interesting than lemonade.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml yuzu juice
  • 20 ml Honey Syrup
  • Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • Fill a highball with ice.
  • Add yuzu juice and honey syrup.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Stir gently.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and crystallised ginger.
