Ingredients
- 120 ml Watermelon Juice blend then strain
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- Tonic Water
- Ice
Instructions
- Muddle the mint in a highball glass.
- Add lime juice and simple syrup.
- Fill with ice.
- Pour in the watermelon juice.
- Top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a small watermelon triangle and a mint sprig.
