Chocolate milk, espresso, vanilla, cocoa rim. The dessert mocktail. Best served in a chilled coupe with dim lighting.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml Chocolate Milk
  • 30 ml Coffee
  • 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Ice
  • Coffee Beans

Instructions

  • Rim a coupe with cocoa-sugar.
  • Shake chocolate milk, cold brew, vanilla syrup, and ice for 15 seconds.
  • Double-strain into the rimmed coupe.
  • Float 3 coffee beans on top.

Notes

Use real chocolate milk (or mix cocoa powder with milk). Chocolate syrup on its own gets too sweet.
