Ingredients
- 90 ml unsweetened apple cider, chilled
- 30 ml Sparkling Water
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Bitters
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Fill a coupe or flute with ice to chill, then discard.
- Add the apple cider, lemon juice, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to combine and chill.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice and a rosemary sprig given a quick slap between your palms.

Use real cloudy apple cider, not filtered apple juice. The apple juice version is a children's party drink. The cider version is a dinner-party drink.
