Not the sticky juice-box version. This one gets properly dressed up with bitters, lemon, and a rosemary sprig.

Ingredients

  • 90 ml unsweetened apple cider, chilled
  • 30 ml Sparkling Water
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  • Fill a coupe or flute with ice to chill, then discard.
  • Add the apple cider, lemon juice, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake briefly to combine and chill.
  • Strain into the chilled glass.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a thin apple slice and a rosemary sprig given a quick slap between your palms.

Notes

Use real cloudy apple cider, not filtered apple juice. The apple juice version is a children's party drink. The cider version is a dinner-party drink.
