- In a shaker, muddle the ginger slices gently.
- Add pear juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup, plus ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Double-strain into a highball over fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a thin pear slice.
