Ingredients
- 90 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Sparkling Water
- Ice
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the grapefruit juice, rosemary simple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig slapped between your palms and a grapefruit wedge.

Rosemary syrup: simmer 100g sugar, 100ml water, and 3 sprigs rosemary for 5 minutes. Strain, chill, keeps 2 weeks.
