Ingredients
- 90 ml Pear Juice
- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 thin slices fresh ginger, muddled
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- Tonic Water
- Ice
- Pear
Instructions
- Muddle ginger with lemon juice and honey syrup in a shaker.
- Add pear juice and ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Double-strain into a highball over ice.
- Top with tonic.
- Garnish with a pear slice and a chunk of crystallised ginger.
Notes
For extra punch, leave the ginger muddle in overnight. It infuses deeper.
