A big-batch Thanksgiving punch: cranberry juice, apple cider, ginger beer, orange slices, cinnamon stick. Serves 10. No alcohol required.
Ingredients
- 500 ml Cranberry Juice
- 500 ml Apple Cider
- 500 ml Ginger Beer
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- Cranberries
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice and apple cider.
- Add orange slices, apple slices, and cinnamon sticks.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to infuse.
- Just before serving, add ginger beer.
- Ladle over ice-filled cups, garnish with fresh cranberries.
Notes
Serves 10. Don't add the ginger beer until serving or it goes flat.
