Country-Themed Cocktails for the World Warriors

Street Fighter’s roster pulls from every continent , so does this menu. Cocktails built around the most iconic fighters, each one rooted in their home country: Ryu’s sake old fashioned, Chun-Li’s lychee martini, Blanka’s electric green smash, Guile’s American whiskey sour, Dhalsim’s chai-spiced flame. Built for tournament night, fight night, or any night that needs a Hadouken.

Ryu’s Hadouken Old Fashioned

Sake-warm, Japanese-rye, traveller’s-warm

Japanese whisky, sake, brown sugar, orange bitters, a flamed orange peel. Stirred until cold. Built like a fireball, drinks like a meditation.

Chun-Li’s Lychee Martini

Vodka, lychee liqueur, fresh lime, a splash of dry vermouth. Shaken hard, strained into a chilled coupe with a single lychee floating. Spinning bird kick optional.

Blanka’s Electric Smash

Tropical, ginger-fizzy, electric-green

Cachaça, fresh lime, mint, ginger beer, a wash of green Chartreuse. Built in a tall glass over crushed ice. From Brazil with current.

Guile’s Sonic Boom

Whiskey-sour, American, no-frills

Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, three dashes of Angostura. Shaken cold. Garnished with an American flag pick. Go home and be a family man.

Dhalsim’s Yoga Flame

Chai-spiced, smoky, contemplative

Aged rum, chai-infused syrup, lemon juice, a flamed cinnamon stick on top. Served warm in a small mug. Yoga fire.

Cammy’s Spiral Arrow

Gin-sharp, cucumber-cool, strike-and-go

Hendrick’s gin, fresh cucumber, lime juice, elderflower tonic. Served tall over ice with a cucumber ribbon. Quick, precise, finishes the round.

E. Honda’s Sumo Sake-tini

Sake-cold, plum-sweet, tournament-ready

Premium chilled sake, umeshu (plum wine), a single ice ball. Served in a stemless glass. Hundred Hand Slap not included.

Akuma’s Shun Goku Satsu

Bourbon-overproof, smoky, demonic

Overproof bourbon, mezcal, smoked maple syrup, a single drop of bitters. Stirred until cold, served straight up in a coupe. Raging Demon. Drink slowly. Or don’t.

Tournament format: draw fighter cards, the loser of each round drinks their character’s cocktail. Last fighter standing gets one Hadouken Old Fashioned, on the house.
