Gingerbread syrup, oat milk, cold brew, cinnamon. The Christmas coffee-shop mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Syrup or molasses + ginger + cinnamon syrup
  • 60 ml Coffee
  • 120 ml Milk
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Add gingerbread syrup, cold brew, and oat milk.
  • Stir well.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a piece of crystallised ginger.

Notes

Gingerbread syrup: 100g sugar, 100ml water, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1 tbsp molasses. Simmer 5 min, strain.
