A big-batch Thanksgiving punch: cranberry juice, apple cider, ginger beer, orange slices, cinnamon stick. Serves 10. No alcohol required.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 500 ml Apple Cider
  • 500 ml Ginger Beer
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • Cranberries

Instructions

  • In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice and apple cider.
  • Add orange slices, apple slices, and cinnamon sticks.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to infuse.
  • Just before serving, add ginger beer.
  • Ladle over ice-filled cups, garnish with fresh cranberries.

Notes

Serves 10. Don't add the ginger beer until serving or it goes flat.
