Ingredients

  • 90 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Add the grapefruit juice, rosemary simple syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Stir gently.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig slapped between your palms and a grapefruit wedge.

Notes

Rosemary syrup: simmer 100g sugar, 100ml water, and 3 sprigs rosemary for 5 minutes. Strain, chill, keeps 2 weeks.
