Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin Seedlip Garden 108
- 30 ml non-alcoholic bitter aperitif Ghia, Lyre’s Italian Orange
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso or similar
- 1 Orange Peel
- Ice
Instructions
- Add all three ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for about 30 seconds until properly chilled.
- Strain over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass, then drop it in.
Notes
Three equal parts, just like the original. Skipping the non-alcoholic vermouth and using cranberry + a dash of balsamic is a valid home-kitchen workaround.
