- 1 tsp Caster Sugar

Instructions - How to make it:
- Pour white rum. two heaped tablespoons of pineapple chunks. and sugar into an old-fashioned glass. Blend until smooth. add three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.
