Bitter, smoky, ancient-evil
Mezcal, Campari, sweet vermouth, two dashes of activated charcoal bitters. Stirred over a single black ice cube. Garnished with a flamed orange peel. The book reads itself.
Bruce Campbell Bloody Mary
Savory, fiery, chainsaw-strong
Vodka, tomato juice, ghost pepper hot sauce, smoked paprika rim, a slab of crispy bacon, a pickled jalapeño. Groovy.
Cabin in the Woods
Whiskey-smoky, bitter, woodsy
Rye whiskey, Cynar, sweet vermouth, a charred cedar plank as garnish (literally). Served on the rocks. Tastes like a fire that’s about to spread.
Deadite Daiquiri
Tart, blood-red, possessed
White rum, blood orange juice, lime, grenadine, a single drop of activated charcoal that swirls black through the red. Shaken, double-strained. Looks haunted. Drinks beautifully.
Ash’s Boomstick Shot
Whiskey-strong, cinnamon-fire, chainsaw-loud
Bourbon, Fireball, a splash of grenadine, a single drop of overproof rum on top. Lit briefly. Drink fast. Hail to the king.
Witch’s Sangria
Red, deep, party-batch
Spanish red wine, brandy, blood orange, dark cherries, a stick of cinnamon, a sprig of rosemary, splash of soda. Pitcher-batched, refrigerated 4+ hours. Serves a coven.
Movie night protocol: serve the Necronomicon Negroni at sunset, switch to Bloody Marys at midnight, end on Boomstick shots when the credits roll. Survive ’til dawn.
