Ingredients

  • 150 ml strong chamomile tea, chilled
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 20 ml Honey Syrup
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • Whisk ashwagandha into the cooled chamomile tea until dissolved.
  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Add the infused tea, honey, and lemon.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and mint.

Notes

Ashwagandha has a strong earthy taste. The honey and lemon balance it. Start with 1 tsp; adjust if you want more potency.
