- 2 Ice Cream
- 90 ml Espresso or strong hot coffee
- Salt
- Caramel Sauce optional

- Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a chilled coupe.
- Pour the hot espresso over the top.
- Add a pinch of sea salt.
- Drizzle caramel if using.
