- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- Sparkling Water
- Lemon Wheel
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the kombucha, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Stir once.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a thin slice of ginger.
