Ingredients
- 5 Cucumber
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- Tonic Water
- Ice
Instructions
- In a highball glass, muddle cucumber and mint gently.
- Add lime juice and simple syrup.
- Fill with ice.
- Top with tonic water.
- Stir gently, garnish with an extra cucumber slice and a mint sprig.
Notes
English (hothouse) cucumbers are best. Less bitter skin.
