The Thanksgiving mocktail that does not taste like somebody watered down a juice box. Warming spice, tart cranberry, proper fizz.
Ingredients
- 90 ml Cranberry
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Maple Syrup
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 whole Cloves
- Sparkling Water
- Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, warm the cranberry juice, maple syrup, cinnamon stick, and cloves for 5 minutes. Do not boil.
- Strain and chill.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the spiced cranberry mix and the lime juice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a fresh cinnamon stick and 4 to 5 cranberries floated on top.
Notes
You can make the spiced cranberry base a day ahead, keep it in the fridge, and build drinks to order.
