
White Lady
This cocktail originating in the 1920s was reimagined with a dash of egg whites by Peter Dorelli, former manager of The American Bar in London. Its base is gin, mixed with fresh lemon juice and either Cointreau or Combier.

Ingredients – What’s in it?
- .5 oz (15 ml) Egg White
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Gin
- .5 oz (15 ml) Triple Sec
- .5 oz (15 ml) Sugar Syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice
Adjust Servings 1 serving
Instructions – How to make it:
- Add egg white, gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake to combine, and strain into a glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist
