Instructions – How to make it:

  • Begin by filling a short glass about three quarters full with your choice of beer.
  • Place a pair of chopsticks on top of the glass, balancing them across the rim.
  • Carefully position a shot glass filled with sake on top of the chopsticks.
  • To make the sake shot fall into the beer, pound your fists on the table on either side of the glass. The vibration should make the shot glass topple into the beer, thus creating the explosive “Sake Bomb.”
