Mandarin Bramble

A refreshing spin on a Bramble using fresh mandarins, white rum instead of gin and substituted pomegranate syrup (you could also use grenadine) for the berry liqueur.

Ingredients – What’s in it?
 

  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 2 ounces Mandarin Juice
  • 1 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Pomegranate syrup

Instructions – How to make it:

  • Combine rum, mandarin juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake to chill and combine.
  • Strain ingredients into a large cocktail glass over fresh crushed ice.
  • Slowly pour pomegranate syrup down the side of the cocktail.
