- 1. Place a 1-oz shot glass on a saucer. then fill the glass with equal amount of Schnapps - Peach Schnapps and Midori melon liqueur. Across the rim of the glass. place a slice of lime and sprinkle with caster sugar. Pour sambuca over the lime so it flows
