- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut not coconut cream
- 2 oz Soda Water
- Ice for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 6 mint leaves to release their flavor.
Mix the Cocktail:
- Add 1 oz white rum, 1 oz coconut rum, 1 oz lime juice, and 1 oz cream of coconut to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold.
Serve:
- Place ice into a glass. Strain the liquid from the shaker into the glass.
- Top off the glass with 2 oz soda water. Garnish with additional mint leaves.
