Ingredients

1 tablespoon Unflavoured Gelatin 1 envelope
¼ cup cold water
½ cup Hot Water
¼ cup Sugar
1 cup Peach Vodka
½ cup Lemon-Lime Soda or champagne
10 2-ounce plastic cups with lids
1 Peaches pitted and thinly sliced (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Set Up the Cups:

Place your plastic shot cups in a single layer on a baking sheet for easy transport.

Prepare the Gelatin:

In a medium mixing bowl, pour in the unflavored gelatin powder. Add ¼ cup cold water and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 3 to 5 minutes until the gelatin absorbs the water.

Dissolve the Gelatin:

In a small saucepan, bring ½ cup hot water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into the bowl with the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin fully dissolves.

Add the Sugar:

Whisk in ¼ cup granulated sugar until it melts into the mixture.

Mix in the Vodka and Soda:

Pour in 1 cup peach vodka and ½ cup lemon-lime soda (or champagne). Stir until everything is well combined.

Pour into Cups:

Carefully pour the jello mixture into the prepared plastic cups, filling them almost to the top.

Chill:

Place the jello shots in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours or until fully set.

Garnish and Serve:

Notes
