Shake the advocaat. Kahlua coffee liqueur. Frangelico hazelnut liqueur and honey in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries and/or cocoa. and serve.
